1. Use of services
By engaging AI10X services or using this website, you agree to these terms. You agree not to misuse our website or services, including any attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or harm our systems.
2. Engagements & deliverables
Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are governed by individual service agreements or statements of work signed between AI10X and the client.
3. Intellectual property
Final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment unless otherwise specified. AI10X retains rights to underlying tools, frameworks and methodologies.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private and secure.
5. Limitation of liability
AI10X is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the preceding three months.
